Kyle G. Pender – Attorney
Kyle G. Pender concentrates his practice in commercial transactions, real estate, estate planning, and income tax planning and tax controversy. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant and worked for CPA firms in Minnetonka, MN, and Fargo, ND focusing his practice on taxation of closely held corporations, partnerships, LLC’s and individuals.
Mr. Pender is a 2008 graduate of the University Of North Dakota School Of Law and a 2004 graduate of North Dakota State University and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy. Kyle currently resides in Fargo and enjoys spending time with family and friends, and outdoor activities including fishing, hunting and golfing.
Michael S. Montgomery – Attorney
Michael S. Montgomery practices in the areas of general civil litigation, collection, estate planning, commercial and corporate litigation, and transactional work. Mike is licensed to practice law in State and Federal Courts in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Mr. Montgomery is a native of Fargo, North Dakota, and is a 1993 graduate of the University of North Dakota Law School in Grand Forks, NC. Mike currently resides in Fargo and enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, time at his lake cabin, outdoor activities including fishing and hunting, and playing and watching hockey.
